Focus Point Vision Care Group Sdn Bhd: Empowering Vision, Empowering Futures
On August 10th, 2024, at Dewan Serbaguna in Seksyen 7, Kota Damansara, Focus Point Vision Care Group Sdn Bhd (Focus Point), marked a significant milestone in its ongoing commitment to community welfare. The closing and handover ceremony of donated eyewear to students from SMK Rahman Putra, SJK (T) Bukit Darah, and SJK (C) Subang was a testament to the group's dedication to improving eye health and well-being for the younger generation.
The event was graced by the esteemed presence of YB Dato' Ramanan Ramakrishnan, Timbalan Menteri Pembangunan Usahawan dan Koperasi and Ahli Parlimen Sungai Buloh. Also in attendance were Yang Berusaha Encik Mazlan bin Ibrahim, Ketua Bahagian Pelaburan PERNAS, and Dato' Liaw Choon Liang, President & CEO of Focus Point. Their collective support underscored the importance of this initiative, which has been a collaborative effort between Focus Point, PERNAS, and Pusat Khidmat Rakyat Parlimen Sungai Buloh since June 2024.
A Journey of Care: Eye Screenings for Over 10,000 Students & more than 800 pairs of eyewear donated
Since the beginning of 2024, Focus Point has conducted eye screenings for over 10,000 students and donated more than 800 pairs of eyewear to students in need. With clear vision, these students are now better equipped for success in school and life. We are committed to continuing our efforts to improve eye health and empower future generations. This initiative reflects our commitment to SDG 3 - Good Health and Well-Being, ensuring that every student has access to essential eye care.
Focus Point Caring Heart Charity Foundation: Making a Difference Together
